Promoting the project

In order to promote the project “Capabilities of a Smart Village”, we organized 3 Round Tables for the parents of our gifted students, 2 Public Forums for the wider public, dissemination of project results in six schools in the surrounding area, and 2 Open House Days where almost all of our students, as well as their parents, participated. On the Open Day, we were visited by the Norwegian Ambassador to Croatia, who was delighted by the student choir, led by music teacher Ivan Petričević, which had rehearsed the Norwegian anthem. As a result, we were invited to Zagreb, where the students performed the Norwegian and Croatian anthems on the occasion of the Norwegian National Day.

The project was presented at the international conference “SODOBNOST ZA PRIHODNOST – Z BLIŽINO URIMO DOKTRINO” held via the Zoom platform and at the EU Project Fair in Orion, Vinkovci, where our interactive booth received significant attention. In addition to the above, the progress and results of the project were reported by Hrvatski radio Županja, Hrvatski radio Vukovar, Glas Slavonije, Školske novine, Trondheim24 portal, Županjski list, and Plava Vinkovačka television.
